I can't remember the last time I worked so hard preparing for a show. We've had many rehearsals and have driven a lot of miles to make it happen. The thing is that the album was not recorded as a band. The songs were created and built in the studio over the course of 3 years. Al Greene decided to dedicate the entire Summer '12 mixing and adding parts to build a cohesive CD. Once it was mastered it seemed a shame to not at least once showcase what we had created. 6 of the songs were co written with Jimmy, 3 with Eryn, one with Al,
One of mine and a Beatle production. As it happened a dear friend told me about her son who has just graduated from film school and he and a mate are going to capture the night. So many friends have promised to venture out and I know it's going to be a "happening". I hope I can sleep well tonight.
